No-Hassle Return & Exchange Policy

At SteelLocker Sports, our number one priority is you–our customer. Our No-Hassle Return & Exchange Policy was built with you in mind! Our goal is to make the process as hassle-free as possible.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges up to 60-days after the original purchase date. Your order is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal) for up to 30-days after the original date of purchase. Had your item longer than 30-days? No problem – just send it back for a store credit up to 60-days from purchase.

To receive a refund or exchange, item(s) must be in new, sell-able condition, and must be accompanied by the original invoice or order number as well as your return authorization form. Invoices can be found online within your customer account.

How to Return Your Order

Place your unused item in a box or other packaging and be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Be sure to include your order number and contact info in case we need to contact you.

Need to exchange an order? First place a new order online so that our warehouse can begin to process your new order without having to wait on your returned item. Then print form listed above and include the new order number on the return form with the items you are returning. Once we receive the original order back in our warehouse and the item has been inspected, we will then issue an expedited refund for that order.If you have questions or need assistance with the new order please call us.

Helpful Tips When Returning Items

Each returned item will be quality inspected by our warehouse upon arrival. Once the item has been inspected, it will then be forwarded to our finance department for refund or credit. This process may take up to two weeks. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

To ensure your refund is processed in the most efficient manner possible, please refer to the following helpful tips:
  • Items should be returned in new, sell-able condition and include the original packaging, along with product tags.
  • Items should be free of any stains, debris, animal hair and odor.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice or order number, which can be found in your online account.
What You Should Know
  • Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged - All sales of custom items are final. (Embroidery, screen print, etc.)
  • Clearance items many not be returned or exchanged - All sales of clearance items are final.
  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless seller is at fault.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returned items that did not ship from our warehouse may be subject to a 20-30% restocking fee.
  • If you received a discount on your order, the refund amount of each returned item will reflect the value of the discount.
  • If your order was sent under our free ground shipping promo, the shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.


Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after we receive your item. Once received our warehouse will need to inspect the item and ensure all is intact. Once approved, it is then forwarded to our finance team to be processed. If you feel you should have already received your refund please visit our Contact Us page and complete the form. One of our specialists will research your issue and get back to you.
