Tracking Your Order

How to Track Your Package:
  • Log into your account ACCOUNT LOGIN. Order details, order status, tracking information, etc.
  • Not able to log in or don't see tracking info? Complete this FORM and one of our specialist will research for you.
  • Check your email. Once your order is ships and is updated with tracking information we will send you an email.
  • Some packages may be in transit even before the website has been updated with your tracking information.
  • It may take 24-48 hours before tracking information is uploaded into your order

Helpful Info:
  • Although we try to ship all orders same day, some orders require 1-2 business days for processing.
  • Flat Rate - 6 - 10 days transit time and will be shipped via UPS SurePost or USPS.
  • UPS Ground - 2 - 6 business days transit time depending on your location.
  • Express 2-Day - 2 business days transit time once your order is processed for shipment
  • Next Day - will take 1 business day transit time once your order is processed for shipment
  • Business days are defined as Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Example: A next day shipment that ships out on Friday will be delivered Monday, not Saturday.
  • Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation emailed will be sent which includes your tracking number.
  • If you have not received your email confirmation, please check your junk or SPAM folder.
  • You can track your order via the websites below.
